Method plan
Method means success
We use the method plan as the basis for designing our tools. In terms of manufacturing on a technical level, the results of the method plan give precise information on board deployment, strip feeds, strip width and process forces, for example. Using these, the production processes can then be optimally determined.
We generate our method plans and strip plans using the CAD systems CATIA V5 and Siemens NX and VISI. The methods are checked via a forming simulation.
