The 7th General Assembly of the Trägerverein

On 28 April 2016, the 7th General Assembly of the Automotive Center Südwestfalen e.V. took place. Here the annual report from the year 2015 was presented. At present there are 109 members, whereby the company “TRUMPF Laser- und Systemtechnik GmbH” joined as the latter.

In addition, the development of the company Automotive Center Südwestfalen e.V. and its research activities were presented. In addition, Dr. Nicole Klein gave 3 lectures on the topic of Generative Manufacturing (3D metal printers) “Bedeutung für die zukünftige Fahrzeugentwicklung” , Dr. Sebastian Kersten “Bedeutung für die Umformtechnik und den Werkzeugbau” and VIA Cosult “Current State of the Art; An Opportunity for SMEs?”.
